It is a unique opportunity for you who have recently graduated from college, university or technical vocational school. During 18 months, you get to test various work tasks, while at the same time participating in a skills program that gives you a large network and knowledge of Moelven's value chain.

Moelven's trainee programme:
Runs for 18 months, starting in September
You will be based in our sales office in Greater London area with extensive travels to our production sites in Sweden & Norway. This can also include training modules which span over few weeks in row.
Allows you to test various tasks in the Moelven group
Competence program with relevant topics such as e.g. project management, sales, customer service and leadership
Builds a relevant network and provides knowledge of the entire value chain
Possibility of permanent employment at the end of programme
Moelven is a Scandinavian industrial (timber) group that produces and sells all the products you need to build a house. We also produce timber for industry, glulam, building modules and office solutions at the same time as we take care of the by-products and make wood chips and bioenergy.

Can I apply for Moelven's trainee programme?
If you have recently graduated from college, university or technical vocational school (maximum two years since graduation) and think that a trainee position sounds exciting, you can apply for our trainee programme.
We are looking for candidates with commercial and/or technical background.
What do I work with as a trainee?
Your tasks will be tailor-made, adapted to your education and experience. Common to all trainee positions is that they must be in the operational parts of the Moelven. Our trainee program has been put together to give you a quick introduction to Moelven's entire value chain, timber industry and job you will be performing. You will work together with an operational team and you will have people who are dedicated to contributing to your training and professional development around you.
What do I get in salary?
The salary is at a competitive level in the industry. You do not lose financially by being a trainee compared to a regular entry-level job in Moelven.
